Lake Toxaway Estates Painters Guild - May 20, 2010
Bette Coningsby opened the meeting by reading our statement of purpose.
Statement of purpose:  For the LTEPG to provide members with access to workshops, art appreciation, field trips, demos and a means of exhibiting and selling their work. Also to promote art and the goodwill among artists in LTE.
Treasures report:  Maura Terman will serve as Treasurer this year.  Maura reported a balance of  $310.00. She is currently collecting dues ($20.00), $125 for the Garrett workshop and $150 for the Mac Kah  workshop.  Bette reminded us that  this year the church is charging $25 for our meeting space. 
Vice President's report: Jim Hefley reviewed the programs for this year.

MJ Dobbins will be in charge of publicity and Harriet Rogers and Chris Davis will be in charge of hospitality. 
It was decided that to part of our annual art show you must be a member of our  Painters Guild.  Dues are need to cover expenses.
